SWG 100 Fixed Biogas Analyzer
SWG-100 is a stationary unit used in the analysis of biogas, biomethane, solid waste gas, and coal bed methane. It is engineered for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
Basic Equipment
- Industry compatible rugged design for harsh industrial environment
- Standard safety system with continuously monitored fan ventilation of cabinet
- Gas flow restrictor orifice at gas inlet
- Efficient sample gas preparation for fast and reliable measurements
- Sampling from low suction up to high pressure gas
- No dilution of sample gas and no compressed air required
- Direct continuous or discontinuous measurement
- Pressure and temperature compensation with event data logging
- Up to 10 sites monitoring using time sharing technique with one analyzer
- Ready to run delivery

1. Does it need to be installed outside of the hazardous (C1D2) area?
Yes, the standard configuration does not meet C1D2 classification requirements. However, the SWG-100 can be outfitted for C1D2 conditions with an additional stainless steel enclosure and constant purge system requiring compressed air.
2. Does it need to be installed under a canopy or shaded area?
If installed outdoors, it should be placed under a canopy or shaded area.
3. What is recommended for sample lines?
Recommended tubing is PTFE gas sampling line (DN4/6mm) up to 200 meters. Stainless steel tubing of the same dimensions is acceptable. Heat tracing is recommended in cold environments to prevent condensate freezing. The system includes external and internal condensate removal.
4. Can you quote a 115VAC power supply?
Yes, 115VAC can be supplied with no price change.
5. Does it require calibration or carrier gas?
Calibration gas is optional unless auto-calibration is required. Calibration gas can be supplied upon request.
