1. Does it need to be installed outside of the hazardous (C1D2) area?
Yes, the standard configuration does not meet C1D2 classification requirements. However, the SWG-100 can be outfitted for C1D2 conditions with an additional stainless steel enclosure and constant purge system requiring compressed air.
2. Does it need to be installed under a canopy or shaded area?
If installed outdoors, it should be placed under a canopy or shaded area.
3. What is recommended for sample lines?
PTFE gas sampling lines (DN4/6mm) up to 200 meters are recommended. Stainless steel tubing is also acceptable. Heat tracing is recommended in cold environments.
4. Can you quote a 115VAC power supply?
Yes, 115VAC can be supplied with no price change.
5. Does it require calibration or carrier gas?
Calibration gas is optional unless auto-calibration is required.
